Terms & Conditions — ml138 User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ml138", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ml138 platform and its operating entity, accessible at ml138.onl.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the ml138 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User following successful completion of the ml138 registration process.
• "Platform" means the ml138 website (ml138.onl), all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and any other digital access points operated by ml138.
• "Services" means all products offered via the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live casino games, slots, virtual sports, specialty card games, and any other gaming or wagering products.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome within the Platform.
• "Funds" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposits held in a User's ml138 account wallet, including any bonus credits subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, required by ml138 prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by ml138 to a User, subject to the terms set out in Clause 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law, regardless of whether such prohibition is currently enforced.

Access to and use of the ml138 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following are true at the time of registration and remain true for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. ml138 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Users under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ml138 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an ml138 account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ml138 or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.

Each eligible individual may hold only one active ml138 account at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's details. ml138 relies on the accuracy of registration data to perform identity verification and to process withdrawals safely.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ml138 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a passport, a driver's licence (SIM), and/or proof of bank account ownership matching the account registered on the Platform. Document submission is handled securely within the Platform. ml138 will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.

3.3 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any change to your name, address, phone number, or payment details must be reported to ml138 support promptly. ml138 may suspend withdrawals or request re-verification if account information appears inconsistent with documents on file.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ml138 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• You must notify ml138 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ml138 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• ml138 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses result directly from ml138's own negligence or system failure.

All connections to the ml138 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be entirely free of security vulnerabilities, and ml138 encourages users to access the Platform only from secure, private networks.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ml138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ml138 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which ml138 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ml138 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered ml138 user may be reversed without prior notice, and the associated ml138 account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Clause 3.2. ml138 targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts during WIB business hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are not guaranteed. ml138 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending security, fraud, or KYC review.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the ml138 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency transactions are supported. Large amounts are expressed using the standard Indonesian dot-separated thousands format (e.g., Rp 1.000.000 equals one million Rupiah).

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ml138 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this threshold, subject to advance written notice by email to the address registered on the account. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Users may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

ml138 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day, and the Ramadhan period). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as a "no wagering" offer, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion; incomplete requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings at expiry.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets and slots typically contribute at the full rate (100%), while live casino table games, video poker, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page and updated periodically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ml138 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional structures; placing offsetting bets to lock in guaranteed returns from bonus funds; or any other strategy that ml138 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 ml138's Rights Regarding Promotions

ml138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a user, ml138 will honour the terms as they existed at the time of acceptance, except where the promotion was made available due to a technical error or in circumstances that could reasonably be considered abusive.

All bets placed on the ml138 sportsbook and all rounds played in ml138's casino games are subject to the specific product rules published within the Platform for each game or market type. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm acceptance of those specific rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

7.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ml138 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets covering multiple matches are subject to the specific combination betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of an obvious pricing error, ml138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated via certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under studio supervision and are subject to the specific rules of each game variant. ml138 is not responsible for technical interruptions in the live stream outside its direct control; in the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the studio's official records.

7.3 Slots

7.4 Void Bets and Cancellations

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the settlement deadline, obvious odds errors, system malfunction affecting bet recording, or where ml138 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event. Void bets are credited back to the user's account wallet promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ml138 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or to process funds derived from criminal conduct.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including but not limited to using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information trading in connection with sportsbook bets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ml138 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools in relation to the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. ml138 operates these games under valid commercial licence agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ml138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical failure, network interruption, or Platform outage.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ml138 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform.

Any dispute between you and ml138 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in ml138's licensing terms. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be as specified in ml138's licensing documentation.

ml138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ml138 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ml138 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the process described in Clause 14.

The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at any given time is the version displaying the most recent "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Earlier versions may be requested from our support team for reference purposes.
